Application of Hard Sealed Ball Valve

The application of hard sealing ball valves can be divided into high temperature and high pressure conditions and non-high temperature and high pressure conditions. Let's introduce them separately below.

Application of Hard Sealed Ball Valve under High Temperature and High Pressure

Boiler feedwater system

As long as the valve used is: electric high temperature and high pressure hard sealed ball valve for minimum flow regulation (feed water recirculation system).

Boiler sewage system

The main valves used are: electric high temperature and high pressure hard sealed ball valves, which are used for regular discharge of pollutants and sediments in boiler water.

Boiler Drainage System

The main valves used are: electric high temperature and high pressure hard sealed ball valves, which are used for steam drainage of boilers.

Overheat discharge

The main valves used are: electric high temperature and high pressure hard sealed ball valve, which is used for boiler superheater discharge, instead of PVC valve, for boiler superheater steam discharge.

Application of Hard Sealed Ball Valve under Non-high Temperature and High Pressure Conditions

Some working conditions are not high temperature and high pressure, but due to the particularity of its medium, such as the on-off control of fluid containing various magazines, hard-sealed ball valves are also needed.

Particularly, the hard-sealed ball valve is used for the control of blast furnace water spraying. Although the control of blast furnace water spraying is not high temperature and high pressure, its medium contains more complex impurities (such as steel oxide, welding slag, dirt, etc.). It requires high material selection and heat treatment of the ball valve, and the use of hard-sealed ball valve has achieved good results.

In short, whether or not hard-sealed ball valves are used in high temperature and high pressure conditions, their requirements for valve products are far higher than those of conventional ball valves, including whether the product structure is advanced and reasonable, material selection, material processing, product parts processing accuracy (dimensional accuracy, shape and position tolerance), assembly and inspection are essentially different from conventional ball valves. In high temperature and high pressure conditions, the requirements for hard-sealed ball valves are much higher than those of conventional ball valves. Next, the requirement is higher than that of ordinary hard sealing ball valves.
